Service and Repair
We specialize in plumbing, gas piping, and heating. Below is a list of services and repairs we offer, but it is by no means exhaustive. If we left something off, ask our plumbers or give us a call or email … we may be able to help.
24-Hour Emergency Service
In an Emergency our staff rotates our on-call schedule and is ready to help. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year when you need help now! Call our office for a message that gives you the hotline number.
Tankless Water Heaters or Tank Water Heaters
It’s easy to take hot water for granted, until you have to go without it for a day. Whether you’re looking for a tankless water heater, or a traditional tank type water heater, we can help. We also are part of a partner program with A.O. Smith, for tankless whose high efficiency water heaters are attracting attention and gathering a number of awards from industry publications.
Clogs, repairs, leaks, installation... if you need work done to your toilet, we can take care of it. Toilets are one of the primary users of water in the home, accounting for 30% of an average home's indoor water usage. In the U.S., there are an average of 1.9 toilets per home. Regulations will soon require 1.28 gallons per flush for any new installations and these are already in the marketplace now. Ask us for more details.
All plumbing systems can develop clogs. There are minor drain clogs that are inconvenient and major main line stoppages that shut you down from using any of your water services until they are resolved. Either way, if you have a clogged drain we can address it, give us a call. Clearing sewer lines may not be glamorous but it remains a vital part of the plumbing profession, and it is part of our Mission . . . ensuring the health and safety of our community. Cholera and Dysentery are caused from non-functioning sewer systems, so if you have a clogged sewer main, it is imperative to address it promptly.
That little plumbing leak at the hose or from the kitchen sink may seem minor, but it could be a bigger problem than you realize. With escalating water and sewer rates, fixing water leaks saves you money and saves precious water resources from literally going down the drain. Even a very small pinhole sized water leak adds up to thousands of gallons over a short time. Call us right away and if possible shut off the water at that fixture until we can get there to help you avoid further problems or money down the drain.
We install appliances such as water heaters, dishwashers, stoves, cook tops, washers and dryers and run ice maker lines for your refrigerator.
Aging in Place
Need grab bars for the area around your tub/shower or toilet? Need to replace the tub with a shower for easier access? We can help you with simple modifications to complete bathroom remodels that will allow you to safely stay in your home as long as you want.

Floor Furnaces and Wall Heaters
Old floor furnace and wall heaters were built to last and work best when regularly serviced. Call us to Carbon Monoxide test, clean and light, and service your floor furnace or wall heater. Unless it is red tagged by SDG & E, there are more options than just replacing it which are often very cost effective. So you decide if you want to repair it or replace it. If you have been red tagged by SDG & E and want us to look over the situation we can do that too.
Gas Lines and Pipes
Gas leaks are dangerous. If you have been red tagged and shut down by SDG & E or smell gas call us right away. We can help you when you have an emergency gas leak or if you smell gas we can test your lines. When doing a kitchen remodel that requires capping off or moving gas lines we can help there too or when adding a gas log to your fireplace or barbecue gas grill line or installing a tankless water heater.
Chilly? We work on gas fireplaces and log lighters.
Plumbing Fixture Installation
Need help with your new plumbing fixtures? We install bathtubs, showers, sinks, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, water filters and filter systems.
Sewer Line Leak Detection
Sewer leaks can be caused by roots from mature trees or years of deterioration from within. Regardless of the cause, we’ve got the solution. We offer a sewer line camera inspection at a flat rate that includes up to two hours with our foreman on site to discuss your options. Once the sewer line is cleared of roots or debris then the camera fits into the 3 or 4 inch clean out and will show you the internal condition of the system. Using a locator on top of the ground we can pinpoint the location of the problem eliminating guess work (by digging up only the area that is needed) preserving the rest of your garden/yard.
Repipes - Gas or Water Repipes
When you experience a gas or water leak it is annoying and can usually be repaired. If you have another leak soon after the first, we recommend that you have your system evaluated to see if you are a candidate for a repipe. We will provide you with a written estimate free of charge. Sometimes a portion of the system has worn and is ready to be replaced and other times the whole system is ready to be changed. We will advise you of your options so you decide what you need. If this is not in your budget we will work with you on a payment plan.
Sewer Pipe Relining
Most often when roots intrude a sewer line or if the line collapses it needs to be dug up and replaced. When the area is under a swimming pool, runs through neighboring properties, or is under an old patio or heritage tree, then this is a candidate for relining. The process includes digging a hole for the equipment to meet up with the main sewer pipe, jetting the line clear, then impregnating a bladder inside the pipe with a resin that will coat and bind to the existing pipe. Relining your sewer pipe in some instances may be more cost effective than digging up the line. When this is the case we will advise you of this option.
If your house foundation is slab construction and you see a wet spot on your carpet or feel a warm spot on the floor you might have a slab leak. This can be a homeowners’ nightmare. Protect your investment, and schedule an appointment with us to take care of it before the damage becomes extensive.
Sprinkler / Irrigation Systems
The biggest water waster for any home is a leaky irrigation system. Next time we are out or if you have experienced high water bills, let us evalaute your sprinkler or irrigation system so that your plants get the water they need without wasting water.
If you are interested in improving your health you likely drink a lot of water. Water filter systems help you eliminate the expense and hassel of bringing in bottled water Contact us if you would like more information on a filter system that will remove particles and chemicals in your water so that the water you drink does more to optimizes your health.
